Current affairs is named in the syllabus of every state exam on GK24. UPPSC's PCS Prelims opens with current events of national and international importance, and UPSSSC's PET gives 10 of its 100 marks to current affairs. BPSC's CCE Prelims and HPSC's HCS Prelims ask current events of national and international importance. RPSC's RAS syllabus asks current affairs with special reference to Rajasthan, MPPSC has a unit on international, national and Madhya Pradesh events, and Haryana's CET lists the current affairs of Haryana in its 25% state part.
