Two Commemorative Stamps Mark Two Decades of BRICS Cooperation

Two commemorative postage stamps were released in New Delhi on 12 September 2026. They mark two decades of BRICS. The release took place on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit, which India hosted. The stamps carry the inscription 'BRICS: Two Decades of Cooperation, 2006-2026'. The same words appear on them in Hindi as well.

What the two stamps show

The two stamps do not repeat the same design. The first stamp shows how BRICS grew into a platform for dialogue. Its design rests on the spirit of mutual respect, understanding and solidarity among the members. The second stamp carries the logo of India's Chairship.
