Haryana GK Questions 2026

General knowledge carries a large share of both Haryana exams. The HSSC CET gives 75% weightage to General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, English and Hindi, and 25% to Haryana's history, current affairs, literature, geography, environment and culture. Its General Awareness part covers India and neighbouring countries, especially History, Indian Polity and Constitution, Art and Culture, Geography and, for Group C, Economics, General Policy, Environment and General Science. The HCS Preliminary General Studies paper covers General Science, the History of India and the Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Culture, Polity and Economy, and the economy, people, institutions and language of Haryana. This page holds GK24's topic-wise GK notes, written as short facts and tables for quick revision, in English and Hindi. They cover national GK: Polity, History, Geography, Economy and Science. As guidance, that is the base for the General Awareness part of the CET and much of HCS General Studies. GK24 has no separate Haryana GK section, so prepare the Haryana part from official state sources alongside these notes. Read a topic, then solve its quiz and previous-year questions here.
