Which body organised the Human Rights Quiz-2026 in collaboration with MyGov?
- A.National Commission for Women
- B.National Human Rights Commission
- C.National Commission for Minorities
- D.Law Commission of India
Correct answer
Explanation
The correct answer is the National Human Rights Commission. It ran the online quiz with MyGov from 1 September to 10 October 2026 in the run-up to its own Foundation Day, and announced the ten winners on 19 October 2026. The quiz was built around human rights in general, the Protection of Human Rights Act of 1993 and the functions, powers and duties of the Commission itself, which is why no other body fits. Options A, C and D name real statutory or advisory bodies in India, but none of them was the organiser here, and none of them is the subject the quiz tested. Candidates should link the quiz to the Commission's Foundation Day and to the 1993 statute under which it works.
