Quizzes turn reading into marks fastest in SBI exams, because the awareness test is pure recall with the least time per question in the paper: 60 questions in 45 minutes in PO Mains and 50 questions in 35 minutes in Clerk Mains. The quizzes on this page follow the SBI pattern: one-line objective questions with five options on banking awareness, the economy and current affairs, in English and Hindi, with the answer and a short explanation after each question. Practise them timed. Aim to finish 50 questions in 30 minutes, and learn to leave a question you do not know, because a wrong answer costs a quarter of the question's marks in both Prelims and Mains while a blank costs nothing. Track your accuracy by topic: a low score in banking terms or the RBI points to the GK notes to reread, and a low score in current affairs tells you which months to revise. In the last six weeks before the Main Examination take a daily current-affairs quiz, a weekly banking-awareness quiz and one full-length awareness mock a week, and remember that PO Mains has a sectional cut-off in this test.
